My last post for the Year (Hot Air MANIA!!!)
One Angry Christian

So this year I've become a addict. I admit it. I read the site just about every day. It helps me pass the time at work that would be spent staring at the wall and wondering if the paint will actually peel. I've become a huge Fan of Allahpundit and See-Dubya as well as Michelle Malkin. So today I give tribute to my favorite conservative website without whom i would still be pulling garbage from a lot of mainstream media sites.

So without further delay I give you (as Allahpundit would say) Hot Air MANIA!!!

The next time someone tells you the media isn't biased tell them to stuff it. The media research center hands out its worst reports awards for 2006. Speaking of the worst reporting of 2006, did you think the Ambulance wars were over? Think again. Never mind the ambulance. Did you ever wonder where in the world is Jamil Hussein? Apparently so does Michelle and Investor's Business Daily. Don't you wish the AP cared that much about their contacts, or the New York Times Mag cared that the "victim of anti abortion laws" actually murdered her own ... Infant by strangulation? Eh, oh well. At least the LA Times is bothering to revisit some of the misrepresentations, right? Or maybe they (the MSM) really DO think Saddam was a victim of "US imperialism"? Who knows?

Well, at least we can still flee said imperialism to France and Spain. I mean hey, they're in good with the "Religion of Peace", right? I meann the West has been diversifying like crazy! Surely we can find room for some "rather sensitive people". Eh oh well, if not maybe we can fall back to Ethiopia. They seem to know how to handle machete-brandishing-suicide-bombing religious fanatics. Kudos to you Ethiopia.

Possibly with the changes we've seen this year from Saddam Hussein finally getting his to a devout feminist going hardcore Muslim even Barbra Boxer can turn over a new leaf and quit supporting terrorists.

For this One Angry Christian this is the end ... see you next year.

What the government hides from you
One Angry Christian

A real conspiracy unveiled today. Too bad the idiots on the far left 9/11 conspiracy camps are only driven by Bush hatred. If they could pull their collective heads out of their butts they might take notice of something like...

PA/HO Department of State
E.O. 12958, as amended
May 4, 2006

In the early evening hours of 1 March 1973, eight Black September Organization (BSO) terrorists seized the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Khartoum as a diplomatic reception honoring the departing United States Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) was ending. After slightly wounding the United States Ambassador and the Belgian Charge d’Affaires, the terrorists took these officials plus the United States DCM, the Saudi Arabian Ambassador, and the Jordanian Charge d’Affaires hostage. In return for the freedom of the hostages, the captors demanded the release of individuals, mostly Palestinian guerillas, imprisoned in Jordan, Israel, and the United States.

The Khartoum operation was planned and carried out with the full knowledge and personal approval of Yasir Arafat, Chairman of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), and the head of Fatah. Fatah representatives based in Khartoum participated in the attack, using a Fatah vehicle to transport the terrorists to the Saudi Arabian Embassy.

Initially, the main objective of the attack appeared to be to secure the release of Fatah/BSO leader Muhammed Awadh (Abu Da’ud) from Jordanian captivity. Information acquired subsequently reveals that the Fatah/BSO leaders did not expect Awadh t be freed, and indicates that one of the primary goals of the operation was to strike at the United States because of its efforts to achieve a Middle East peace settlement which many Arabs believe would be inimical to Palestinian interests.

Negotiations with the BSO terrorist team were conducted primarily by the Sudanese Ministers of Interior and of Health. No effort was spared, within the capabilities of the Sudanese Government, to the secure freedom of the hostages. The terrorists extended their deadlines three times, but when they became convinced that their demands would not be met and after they reportedly had received orders from Fatah headquarters in Beirut, they killed the two United States officials and the Belgian Charge. Thirty-four hours later, upon receipt of orders from Yasir Arafat in Beirut to surrender, the terrorists released their other hostages unharmed and surrendered to Sudanese officials.

The Khartoum operation again demonstrated the ability of BSO to strike where least expected. The open participation of Fatah representatives in Khartoum in the attack provides further evidence of the Fatah/BSO relationship. The emergence of the United States as a primary fedayeen target indicates a serious threat of further incidents similar to what occurred in Khartoum.

Have noticed that stuff like this goes completely unnoticed by the MSM? Never mind Clinton's PLO boot licking. This stuff goes way back, but seriously how many of the Presidents knew about this, and better yet if Clinton was "The greatest President ever" why didn't this come out when he was in office? If Bush is so big on hiding government wrong doing then why would he allow this since ... ya know ... according to the left he's "king Bush" not "President Bush" with powers limited by his office.

I just love the smell of rank hypocrisy in the afternoon.

Oh the horrible state of the economy!
One Angry Christian

If you ask any Democrat why they liked Clinton you're likely to get some speil about the economy and how great it was. Of course, that was all about Clinton. Just ask the people of Arkansas how much they enjoyed him taking credit for our hard work.

Then compare the numbers of then to now, and ask any dem what they think about the job Bush has done salvaging a crippled economy by cutting taxes for the middle class, and small business owners. They, of course, give him ... no credit. The hypocrisy is strong, and the delusion thick.

John Murtha's "Non Profits"
One Angry Christian

You've just got to love the dem's "most ethical government ever". Of course, by Clintonian standards that might be accurate. Emphasis mine.

Daniel DeVos, an honorary PAID board member, represents Concurrent Technologies, whose employees have lavished Murtha with more than $53,000 in campaign contributions and PMA with $820,000 in fees. That may sound steep, but the rewards have been substantial: a $150 million contract to operate the Navy Metalworking Center; a $4 million contract from the Army to evaluate fuel-cell systems; and $1.7 million for a weapons of mass destruction response laboratory, among others.

Another PAID director, Jim Estep, is a central figure in an investigation of Rep. Alan B. Mollohan (D-W.Va.), a Murtha ally and fellow member of the Appropriations Committee. Estep heads the West Virginia High-Technology Consortium Foundation and the Institute for Scientific Research, two nonprofit organizations that Mollohan helped set up and has plied with federal funds.

1AC has a fan boy moment
One Angry Christian

Ok. So I'm having a massive fanboy moment. I wrote a post a while back about my personal hero, Dr. Bob Carter because he was mentioned in a Capital Research article I was reading. He was doing what he does best: standing up to ignorant politicians who don't understand the difference between independent research and ... government funded research whose funding hinges on ... the out come of the data and how happy Senators like Barbra Boxer are with it.

Well, I came home this afternoon, and I noticed that I had a response on my blogspot blog. I have several of these 1AC blogs. There's one one, one on myspace, and one on I almost never get responses on my blogger, so I was a bit surprised.

At first I was trying to figure out who it was from because it was an "anonymous" post, so there was no user name attached to it. Being the paranoid person that I am after having been stalked on the internet NUMEROUS times for my political views I was worried.

Then I was massively surprised. Let me explain by posting the response:
Dear One Angry Christian,

I appreciate your supportive comments.

The fact that Senator Boxer will be replacing Senator Inhofe as Chair of the EPW committee does not augur well for balanced public discussion of climate change.

Should you be interested in finding some other information about climate change, and its likely natural causes, you may wish to visit my website at:

You can find there full copies of the two documents that I table with the Senate Committee.

Thanks again for your interest, and kind regards,

Bob Carter
So now I'm massively giddy. First off, I don't know how in the world he found my blog, or WHY he would be reading it. Secondly, this guy has been the one resource in debate that no liberal could over come because he's not politically based. He is an expert. He writes well, and he is not funded by any "evil conservative group or oil company". He and a group of scientists in New Zealand have been invaluable to me in online debate. I have several papers that I received from the guys in New Zealand that really helped me understand the global warming debate.

The discussion isn't so much about whether it's happening or not, but how the IPCC has been researching it. What is the most bloated incompetent Bureau in the world? No. Not the U.S. Senate. The UN. Who owns the IPCC lock stock and barrel? The UN. Is the UN corrupt enough to manipulate it's funding to manipulate the Scientists who are hungry to continue their work?

I don't know. Why don't you ask Saddam Hussein if they were corrupt enough to continue funding his work.

Anyway, expect more on this later. Right now I have to go and giggle a lot, and write Dr. Carter a thank you letter.

One Angry Christian's Man of the Year
One Angry Christian

-From the AP

An Iranian student holds an anti-president placard, reading: 'Fascist President, Polytechnich is not your place', as President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, unseen, speaks at the Amir Kabir Technical University, in Tehran, Iran, Monday, Dec. 11, 2006. Iranian students staged a rare demonstration against President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday, lighting a firecracker and burning his photograph in the audience as he delivered a speech at their university, the state news agency said. (AP Photo)

This guy, hands down, gets my "Man of the Year" award. There isn't a person who is closer to the evil that is destroying western civilization who is risking more than this guy.

Apparently, about now there are some "vigilantes" looking for him. I'd be willing to bet my next check they're government agents. This is a far cry from the imagined "persecution" that so-called "peace protestors" get here in America. In Iran people who protest are actually hunted down and murdered along with members of their family. The whiney hippies in America wouldn't know persecution if it walked up and kicked them in the nuts.

My Personal Hero: Dr. Bob Carter
One Angry Christian

I wasn't going to make another post today, but I came across a story about Barbra Boxer and how she's beating Scientists into saying what she wants them to, and weeding out those who don't agree with her "more educated" views. She's obviously more scientifically sound, right? Dr. Carter was mentioned towards the end of the article doing what makes him my personal hero: speaking out against political motivated suppression of scientific research and dissemination of information.

This man is my hero:

The statements she proceeded to read came from such scientific sources as Wal-Mart, Shell Oil, and JP Morgan. She read through 4 of them before it became painfully obvious that she had selected statements which amounted to the choice of agreement coming down to supporting the idea of human created global warming or the earth being flat. Finally, Dr. Bob Carter, a paleo-climatology researcher at Australia’s James Cook University, called Boxer out on her pre-selected assortment of scientifically ambiguous statements. Of course, freedom of speech must only apply to the media, because Dr. Carter was quickly silenced and then criticized for not participating in Boxer’s dog and pony show. What was Boxer’s conclusion based on two of the dissenting scientist’s refusal to play her reindeer games? Obviously they must know they are wrong, everything she said has merit, and the world is melting in a climate catastrophe.

I had been debating climate change and the so-called "man made" global warming epidemic when I came across Dr. Carter's work. He was one of the few researchers who had written papers on global warming that the left wing websites didn't have anything posted about. I guess they didn't post anything about him at all because he wrote some very convicting pieces on why global warming and how it's being researched is a wash, and they couldn't find any dirt on him.

If you can't destroy it, bury it. Typical leftist info fascism.

Police silence Caroling High School students
One Angry Christian

But remember tolerance "protects freedom of speech".

-One Angry Christian

Who am I? Why am I here? Why the hostility?
One Angry Christian

I've decided to throw up a little blurb about who I am, what I'm about, and why I write here about the things that I do to cover all of the general questions that people keep posting in response to my blogs. You know, the "if you're really a Christian why do you "insert random assumption about another persons personal beliefs here".

So here it is. Take it or leave it. Love it or hate it. I really don't care.

Who is One Angry Christian?
I am a middle aged man who has had more experience with modern Christianity than I care to go into. I've studied the bible at length, from it's text to its history and it's so-called "missing portions" and "mistranslations". I've also studied Church history from the Apostles on to home based Churches to the advent, rise, and semi-fall of the Catholic Church due to it's entwinement with the Roman Empire.

I am not a practicing Christian. In fact, I'm very far from it. Did you get that? Let me say it again. I am NOT a practicing Christian. Just because one has an understanding of a religion does not mean they practice it. Just because one has empathy for its followers, and the persecutions they suffer does not mean they adhere to, practice, or even completely agree with its precepts.

I hold some core beliefs that are tantamount to Christian fundamental beliefs. In theory this would make me a Christian, but I neither claim to be nor try to be a Christian. I am simply who I am. I believe what I believe, and I really don't care if anyone follows what I believe or agrees with me. I state what I think, and I move on.

Regardless of what the media would have you believe Christians are a diverse group. Learn to live with it.
Why do you write this stuff?
There are several reasons I write the articles that I do, and keep up with this blog (though not as well as I used to). Partially it's because I'm a political junkie and news addict. This stuff is extremely important as I see the world changing, standards being destroyed, and freedoms being eradicated while so-called "new freedoms" are invented and used to suppress what were once considered the fundamental freedoms of man.

The primary reason I do it is rather simple actually. I write because it's what's on my mind. Is that so hard to accept?
Why the Hostility?
Often times I get asked "can a Christian be angry". That usually comes from someone who has little understanding of biblical texts (See Jesus destroying the money changers stuff in the Temple in the Gospels), and is usually some sort of a bait to drag me into a pointless discussion about how terrible I am because things like dishonest politicians and religious bigots piss me off.

Yes. I said "piss me off". I use very little profanity (damn, hell, and the like, but never the F bomb), but you will find a bit of it here where I feel it helps express my exasperation at the situation or subject I'm writing about. If you have a problem with that then feel free to stay out of my blog. I make no apologies for my writings except where, on occasion they might be shown to be factually inaccurate. In which case I not only apologize, but I print a retraction ... unlike the New York Times or the Associated Press in most cases.

Sad that a tiny little no name blogger like me understands those processes better than well paid "educated" journalists and editors in places like that, no?

I'm ok with being angry about some things. The Bible says, and this is one thing I very much agree with "Love that which is good, and hate that which is evil". Which calls upon us to make judgment calls, and hate those things which are deemed evil.

In this day and age it is considered "evil" to make a judgment call. That with in itself is a hypocrisy. It is also a complete contradiction in philosophical structure, and yet I find it so very very amusing. It is amusing to me because those who call for "non judgement of any behavior or belief" so harshly judge and often times socially execute those whom they disagree with.

Anyway, I think that does it for this summary.

Why are we losing the war against Islamofascism?
One Angry Christian

I sit and watch the burning rubble of the "Grand Old Party" smolder after the last elections, and I understand full well that the Republican party not only deserved it, but they worked hard for it. I listen to the commentators on different "main stream" news outlets, and I hear "corruption" this, and "cronyism" that. I watch Nancy Pelosi's reign of terror start and implode before it even began, and listened to her talk about "the most ethical Senate ever", and in the next breath try and appoint some of the most corrupt politicians EVER into positions of power. I've seen comedy hour evening shows bring on just about every liberal politician they can get their hands on and promote them while crowds of cheering fans adore the most insanely fanatical and heinously authoritarian leftist leaders in American history. I've seen two of our enemies cross our borders and speak on our soil about our commander in chief like he's a dog. I've seen our news agencies time and time again use false sources, faked images, over or under blown stories, and a blind eye to the miracles performed by our military to shape the minds of America's population. I've seen leftists on line using every tool they can find to bury information that would be damaging to their cause, and attacking not only textually but also using illegal DoS attacks to take down bloggers and media outlets that disagree with their own point of view. I've watched as American Muslims have blamed "ignorance" for non Muslim's "prejudice" against the faith of Islam, and it's ability to integrate peacefully into any society not run by it's own leaders while they turn a blind eye to the fact that people are angry because millions of Muslims are either enacting, inciting, or supporting vocally and openly the wholesale slaughter of anyone who does not whole heartedly assist them in their efforts to wipe every other religion off of the face of the earth. I've watched the secularist movement destroy the once strong movement of Christians who have long stood against the use of violence to perpetuate religious propagation.

Time and time and time again I have seen these things happen, and the fact that Islam has just about over run Europe surprises anyone astounds me. It astounds me almost as much that anyone could question how they are using ACLU tactics to run down those who oppose them here in our own country. We set the standards. We built the machine. We should not be surprised when they use it against us. If you impose dishonest gain and injustice on your people via the legal system then don't flinch when they turn that same weapon on you.

I think I'll bust out a bag of marshmallows to roast over the carcasses of political public careers burning while I watch the leftists, socialists, and Islamofascists stand side by side supporting each other.

For those who are (right about now) thinking, "Where are his news links? Why isn't he backing up his claims"?, I'm bored of providing links to news stories to back up my claims to people who don't bother reading them. Those of you who bother reading the news and/or my blog know what I'm talking about as you've seen the news clips first hand. Those of you who read the news and have some sort of mental dysfunction that keeps you from seeing the war that's about to engulf you ... well ... maybe Darwin was at least somewhat right.

The only real question I have about any of this is ... do you think the idiots on the left are going to be surprised when the machetes and suicide bombers are turned on them? I'd pay good money to see the look on Hugo Chavez face when someone screaming "Allah Akbar" blows him and a bunch of his idiotic bodyguards into flying pieces of cooked hamburger. The grand world drama is only getting started, and there's plenty of fresh meat for the Islamofascist war mongering beast to feed on. Grab your popcorn. Things are getting more interesting by the day.
