KHARTOUM, Sudan (AP) Sudan says African Union peacekeepers can only stay in Darfur if they reject U.N. mandate and accept Arab League, Sudanese funding.

That's just what we need in Darfur: more armed militants under Muslim control. The situation has just gone from bad to hopeless.
