Left Wing ... no LIBERTARIAN info fascism
One Angry Christian

A while back I posted an entry about how the left was using the internet to manipulate what people see. Now it appears I've found another political movement doing the exact same thing.

It's amazing to me how these online public political movements who claim to be the beacon of light in times of darkness are so openly dishonest and completely manipulative. This cuts right to the heart of the people heading them up.

In all seriousness if I find a republican site doing this I'm nailing them in a post as well. In fact, since they're "family" so to speak I'm going to turn them over to some of the more rabid conservatives I know who'll hand them a flame storm of drama they'll never forget.

In short, I hate liars, cheats, and dishonest people ... no matter what party they are.

Violent actions versus verbal disagreements
One Angry Christian

This isn't my usual clips of news with sarcastic humor interjected. I'm sorry I haven't been able to keep up lately. Just so everyone knows my birthday went over well, and I have been out of town visiting my kids. Work has also been kicking my butt which brings me back to my rant.

I've spent a lot of time listening to the nonreligious zealots talk about the "violence" or religion. I've heard how "dangerous" the religious movement is in America, and how one should not be "certain" of their beliefs but rather "believe" in their beliefs.

This actually occurred at my place of employment. One particular person I work with has made numerous comments about the fact that he thinks that Christians are dangerous, fanatical, and down right crazy people. It becomes massively apparent to me that the nonreligious zealots are completely oblivious to the fact that they are daily surrounded with the very "dangerous people" that they are talking about.

We're so dangerous we don't file complaints against those who openly criticize us (or as some minority groups call it "discriminate against with hate speech") with false accusations. This sort of mind set is nothing new, but it has turned into almost a fanatical religious movement of it's own that tries to suppress the religious rights of those it disagrees with, or bullies those it views as a threat. It's what is most commonly referred to as "group think" of the nonreligious sort.

This movement views dissent as a heinous and vicious thing that threatens to destroy the very fabric of freedom. Yes. You read that correctly. Freedom for whom? I guess they're referring to the freedom "from religion". I'm sorry, but you'd basically have to move off of planet earth to planet Atheism to achieve that. most of the earth is religious in one form or another. In America we take it one step further. We're not only religious, but we're passionate about our religions to the point that we protect their free exercise.

Those involved in the movement of anti religious zealots all seem to have one philosophy in common "religion is bad in any shape form or practice and socialism is good". In short the movement seeks to put the government in place of religion, and in turn in control of our daily lives. Of course, if you ask anyone who vocally expresses their distaste for religion in general and supports the government stifling our freedom of speech they'll quickly tell you that they don't support the government running "everyone's lives". Apparently, they're only ok with it running Christians lives. How quick are these so-called tolerant "anti hate" lefties to remove the freedoms of those they disagree with? Very quick in deed.

It's amazing how our society can no longer tell the difference between a religious fanatic using violence (as we are so prone to call them the "religion of peace"), and a religion that is passionate about it's views and firm in it's faith. Such a society is doomed to destroy its own guidelines and open the door to the very people who would murder it's citizens.

Police Investigate Shooting at Montreal College

Thursday, September 14, 2006

MONTREAL Investigators tried to determine Thursday why a young man in a black trench coat and a mohawk haircut opened fire in a Montreal college in a terrifying rampage that killed one woman and left 19 other people wounded.

This sort of thing is the reason that people like us need to make an effort to help people understand that we are not dangerous. It seems that only the negative aspects of our community get news coverage.

This kid had a membership, and the media has been showing his blog all morning long. Jet finally got on and took it down. Hopefully his VF won't get too much bad press from this.

I believe this sort of thing needs to be covered by the media(the list of clothes the guys wears and the site he frequents doesn't really bother me),but frankly they're not giving the community a fair shake because this sort of thing is the ONLY thing they show.

It's my day off, but here I sit
One Angry Christian

So I'm just about to walk out the door to go spend time with my kids and wonder around the mall. I was crusing around my rss feeds when I found a couple of things I want to pass on. Please PLEASE circulate these.

“Why they hate us”: The website
Allahpundit @

Karol thinks it’s serious. I clicked through a few and was presented, in immediate succession, with photos of Abu Ghraib, an SUV, and Wackeys. Which makes me think it’s either a very sly parody of the “root causes” hand-wringers or else a rather crude misunderstanding of the jihadi grievance mindset.

Assuming, that is, that the “they” in the title is a reference to people in the Middle East. If it’s a reference to western progressives, then yeah, it’s serious. And dead on.

Judge for yourself.

I found this on the website that's running that:

WhyTheyHate.Us is a participatory web photo project using images submitted to Flickr, a popular photo hosting site. The images are chosen at random from uploaded photos tagged “whytheyhateus”.

The images displayed on the site are not curated, edited, or censored. Anyone can contribute any image to the dialog and eventually every image will be shown in the random display.

This project is possible thanks to custom code written by the resourceful, generous, and talented Steve Calderon.

I wonder if they really mean it when they say "The images displayed on the site are not curated, edited, or censored". Anyone can submit pictures? Cool, I'm going to submit pictures of things militant Islam really hates: homosexuals, women at work, women in anything that displays more than just their eyes, women voting, women speaking in public, couples holding hands in public, couples kissing in public, advertisements with women in bikinis, places of worship that are NOT Muslim, people praying to someone other than allah, anything on mtv, porn (America loves that and it’s an executable offense in any devout muslim nation), people eating pizza on Ramadan, people burning the hezbollah flag, the Iranian flag, and hanging OBL in effigy.

Feel free to spread this around to your friends.

and as a bonus: Video of OBL talking to the 9/11 hijackers. (warning profane language coming up) All of you conspiracy theorists can kiss my lilly white hairy buttocks. (ok, maybe not)

And on with the Democratic effort to censor ABC by threatening to remove their license to broadcast, and attack Disney via the nutroots movement.

Liberal Info Fascism Part 2
One Angry Christian

It's important to document this sort of stuff in my opinion. Clinton HIMSELF has stepped in and called ABC about this "docudrama". They are pulling one particular scene from the film. It "never happened". It was a scene that was supposed to depict in one shot the four episodes where Clinton let Usama Bin Laden go before 9/11.

Not only that but Media Matters has stepped in as well. There's video here, and the entire Senate Democratic leadership has decided that they suddenly support censorship.

I'll be honest. I'm not expecting anyone to really get up in arms about this but the Republican base. It's really sad how one minute the leftards are screaming bloody murder over censorship stopping them from publicly broadcasting porn to any five year old who can operate a computer, and the next they're trying to censor someone who's simply trying to accurately portray a very horrible mistake in our history simply because it will hurt them politically.

Open Discrimination Based on religious views
One Angry Christian

When was the last time a firm or government agency publicly announced that it was going to fire an agency, contractor, or employee based upon race? I honestly can't remember it having happened in my life time though I'm sure that it has at some point. We know that in the day we live in if a government agency were to discriminate against someone based upon their race, religion, or sexual preference they would have the ACLU beating down their door.

Oh really? What if you're a conservative Christian who does not support gay marriage?

Apparently equal rights don't apply to us.

Left wing info Fascism

After the Reuters photo scandal, the loose change assault on the intelligence of America, and the selective reporting on the Israeli conflict and the Iraq war you would think we wouldn't need more proof that the left is not only lying to America, but getting away with it apparently.

Need it or not we have it.

The Democratic Underground forum or DU as most bloggers call it has organized an effort to "google bomb" the search engine Google in order to subvert information on the internet stemming from a 9/11 movie put out by ABC. Don't take my word for it. Click the link above and read the forum yourself. Here are a few excerpts:

Original post:

To counteract the effects the ABC 9-11 movie could have on the midterm elections, I recommend this course of action:

The night of, and the morning after, people will be hitting the internet looking for information on the events as depicted in this movie.

Our biggest opportunity will be to have nearly identical blog posts waiting, then submit them to be found internet wide the morning after the movie. Google and Technorati will pick up on these posts quickly. We can make these entries dominate the first several pages of the search engines.

Get every Democratic friendly blog on board as possible... you e-mail the ones you know, they'll e-mail the ones they know, etc. Make SURE these blogs are on the Technorati network and have also been submitted to Google's blog search.

For one day, change the title of your blog to the title of the movie.

Agree on a clear, detailed, and sourced body of information -- I've seen several examples on DU lately disputing what is in the movie. Media Matters has one. One was posted today on DU by Richard Clarke.

Everyone post it. Right after the movie is over or the next morning at the latest.

a few responses to give you a general idea of the theme:

  1. ...we need to be prepared to do this, at every turn. Is there some way that DU can facilitate your plan?
  1. ...let's put the power of the Internet to work!
As for putting together all the information, I'm willing to use my journal for the project. In addition to Will Pitt's article, are there other links that you think should be included?
Edit: I wonder if admin would be willing to pin it so that it gets as many responses as possible.
  1. ABC should air Loose Change and several other factual 911 videos.nt
  1. Google Bombs Away...

It's hard for some people to really get the importance of this. This isn't some practical joke. This is a large group of online users who are manipulating websites to suppress information. I've been saying for years that the Left suppresses information online, especially on Google. If you try and search for anything remotely political, religious, or otherwise of interest to the left wing internet users you'll find the first ten pages of Google pull up the most insane conspiracy theorist, staunch evolutionist or humanist, hardcore liberal or socialist websites on the net.

It's as if the right doesn't even exist online. This shapes the views of many people who search online for "valid news sources" because the right doesn't even have a voice.

Yet more proof that the Liberal online community is for free speech and open communication and diversity when it puts their candidates in power, and against it when it opposes their agenda. This is group think fascism of the worst kind.

Because "there is no war on terrorism"
One Angry Christian

It's days like these that I have a certain amount of respect for the way in which the Islamofascists are so efficiently taking out their enemies (IE: us). The liberals have us so wrapped up in how we fight the war that we can't begin to win, and the Jihadi movement is using it to their advantage and waisting little time in surrounding us.

In the end if our nation is seriously damaged or destroyed the liberals will continue on the same inane rambling "blame America first" campaign. They'll paralyze us with their politically correct sympathize with the enemy philosophy, and then blame us when we die unarmed, disorganized, and incapable of self defense. As far as I'm concerned they're as guilty of murder as the Jihadi's.

And while we argue the Enemy Closes in around us

KHARTOUM, Sudan (AP) Sudan says African Union peacekeepers can only stay in Darfur if they reject U.N. mandate and accept Arab League, Sudanese funding.

That's just what we need in Darfur: more armed militants under Muslim control. The situation has just gone from bad to hopeless.

Byrd Confirms "Secret Hold" on Porkbusting Bill -- And Drops It
One Angry Christian

The whole "secret senator" thing just didn't smell right to me. It really irked me when even the right wing blogs were quick to point fingers at the republicans. I have said over and over that just because a senator was listed as having denied putting a hold on the bill didn't clear him.

So today I find this:

Byrd Confirms "Secret Hold" on Porkbusting Bill -- And Drops It

In a newly-released statement, Sen. Robert Byrd's (D-WV) spokesman Tom Gavin confirms his boss Byrd had a hold on the bill -- but has hereby released it.

The entire statement follows:

I told you so is such an ugly statement. I really hate having to use it so frequently.

To be fair, if I had found out that it absolutely was a Republican i would be more angry than if it were a democrat. We expect democrats to behave this way. It's part of their platform. Republicans, on the other hand, we have higher standards for, and we expect them to be upheld.

The Conservative Case for Rudy Giuliani

Posted in [info]giulianiblog on 2006.09.02 at 21:06

Editor's Note: I really couldn't have put it better than DaveG. His exhaustive case for Rudy Giuliani from a conservative perspective is reprinted below in full.

John Hawkins of Right Wing News makes the conservative case against Rudy Giuliani for 2008. Hawkins’ piece largely consists of the same old anti-Rudy arguments wrapped in slightly new packaging, focusing a lot on Rudy’s decade-old socially liberal positions on a few cultural issues, as well as his Manhattanite personal life and some nonsense about unelectability (more on that later). As such, I think this is a great opportunity for someone to lay out the conservative case for Rudy in ‘08. And that someone might as well be me.

To all you political junkies out there, check this post out. I want some feed back. What do you think about the points made? Do you think holds water? Do you think Rudy has a chance? I'm holding my comments till later. ... Yeah, mark that on your calander.

Palestinian child Care and the Media
One Angry Christian

I keep having this argument with people about the media, and how they purposefully and obviously mislead people. It sounds like a conspiracy theory right? Well, consider this headline:

Palestinian teachers' strike hurts boy

Sounds like a bunch of teachers went on strike and it caused some poor little boy grief. Was he deprived of his education? Was he suffering at home? Did he some how suffer directly from the actions of the teachers? Did they yell at him? How exactly did the teachers hurt him?

Let's take a quick look at the article. You don't really have to read very far to see a striking difference in the story line from the headline. In fact, let's JUST look at the first line of the story:

NABLUS, West Bank - Masked militants trying to keep students away from school during a politically charged Palestinian teachers' strike on Sunday shot and wounded a 12-year-old boy.

So I guess I missed it. Was the militant a teacher? Did the teacher shoot the kid? Ok, fine I give up. I'll read more:

Palestinian teachers began striking Saturday, the start of the school year, to demand full back pay and regular salaries from the Hamas-led government, which has been financially crippled by six months of international sanctions. Most schools throughout the West Bank remained closed, some by force, as the strike continued.

OH NO! The teachers were on STRIKE? Ummm, ok. So that still doesn't make sense. I mean they were on strike, but WHO shot the kid? Who was using fire arms with live ammunition to direct children?

At least three masked militants stood outside a school in the northern West Bank city of Nablus and fired in the air to keep children away, witnesses said. Stray fire hit a 12-year-old boy, Issam Ghannam, in the abdomen, witnesses said.

Ok, so the teachers had nothing to do with it? It was some random masked militants? So how does this headline fit? Why isn't this on the front page of the New York Times? If those were U.S. soldiers I guarantee you it would be.

Yes. I'm being facetious, but the point needs to be made.

Just one more thing before I go. How did the Loving family of this assaulted child react? The family being from the same people who riot when someone shows a PICTURE a CARTOON that makes fun of their religious leader, who scream out rage and parade their kids in front of network news outlets when one of them suffers injury (real or imagined) at the hands of the Israelis, how did they react to their child being shot by Palestinian gun men?

The child's family, Fatah loyalists, refused to condemn the militants. "There were unknown men with weapons, preventing the students from going to school," said the boy's uncle, Ghannam Ibrahim Ghannam. "They fired, and as an unintentional result of the shooting he was hit."

Think about that the next time you're watching CNN and they start talking about how "out raged" muslims are about the war.

Artistic Freedom vs. Treason
One Angry Christian

Because at this point I'm having a hard time not using "colorful metaphors" and a plethora of four letter words I'll simply say "consider this the next time you buy anything from a Muslim artist".

My stomach is doing loops. I'm not a violent person usually, but the people who put this video out should be drug out in the street and publicly shot in the face. Those who support them should be jailed for treason. Anyone who supports this sort of thing (even under the so-called "freedom of expression") supports our enemies.

This isn't "artistic expression". It's Propaganda supporting the murder of our troops pure and simple.

Yet Moore Proof
One Angry Christian

People keep saying that I'm harsh for calling liberals traitors, especially the liberals (and liberal groups) like Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan, Al Sharpton, The Aclu,, loose change, and on and on the list goes, but frankly I think if we don't see the prosecution of these traitors soon we're in serious trouble.

Today I found my smoking gun that proves undeniably that what these people are doing is not "dissent". It's sedition and/or treason. Their words, actions, beliefs, and movements are being used by our enemy publicly (again), but this time it's all summed up in a nice package so that even the moderates can understand it.

The U.S. military said earlier this week that recent intelligence indicated al Qaeda in Iraq was refining its strategy by producing propaganda and adding a political base to its violent campaign of suicide bombings.

Lifting scenes from Michael Moore's anti-war film "Fahrenheit 9/11," Rashedeen's narrator taunts President Bush in softly spoken English over graphic images of Humvees being blown up by roadside bombs, and purportedly dead U.S. troops.

It was not possible to verify when the documentary was made or the authenticity of any of the images portrayed by Rashedeen, whose name means Army of the Rightly Guided.

At one point, the documentary cuts to a scene from Moore's 2004 award-winning film where he lobbies on the steps of the U.S. Congress in Washington.

"After all, there are honest and influential guys in America and if Mr Moore can talk to you like that, so can I," the Rashedeen narrator says.

The Jihadi movement has taken on the mindset of the "truther" movement, and decidedly has moved to use it to their advantage. The truthers are nothing short of a weapon that has been turned against the American people by causing a divide in our nation that has paralyzed our ability to defend ourselves against those who would murder us in the name of Allah.

Want to see more?

Regardless of your political alignment if you are a fair minded person you can not deny that the words, philosophies, political assumptions, and production work of these people and/or groups has been aimed at defeating the United States Military in it's efforts to defend us from terrorists.

Accusation is the paralyzing weapon of our enemy and they are counting on (rightfully so) the suspicion of the American people to undo their own defenses. How sad is it to live in a country tha tears down it's own freedom? Sad. Very sad indeed.

Wanna know what keeps me up at night?
One Angry Christian

If you want to know why I support our efforts in the middle east to create a wind of change, and a launching point of other operations; If you want to know why I care so much about what's going on in North Korea and Iran; If you really want to know why I hate the Leftist "appeasement" movement, and the visceral hatred for national defense via hatred for Bush keep reading.

This is a small taste of what a nuclear holocaust would do if it occurred in NYC. This only covers the actual impact, and not the reactions of the nation which is later in the article. It's long. I'm just warning you.

1 second after detonation

Within the first second, a shock wave with an overpressure of 20 psi (pounds per square inch) extends four-tenths of a mile from ground zero. This destroys the Empire State Building and all other buildings within that radius, including Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and the New York Public Library. The reinforced steel in the skyscrapers does nothing to support them. Everything within the first four-tenths of a mile from ground zero is reduced to a pile of debris hundreds of feet deep in places. No one in this area survives or even knows what happened to them. The blast kills somewhere between 75,000 and 100,000 people instantly. Those outside in direct line with the blast are vaporized from the heat. Those inside the buildings who survive the blast are killed as the buildings collapse.

A mushroom cloud and fireball expand upward. Instantly, all communications that depend on this area for broadcast stop. National television stations and hundreds of radio channels are instantly off the air. Cell phones throughout the region malfunction. New York City drops off the world communication map. It is not like 9-11, where the rest of the world could switch on their televisions and watch live what was happening.

4 seconds after detonation

The shock wave extends for at least a mile with an overpressure of 10 psi at the periphery of this radius. Out to the edge of this ring, all concrete and steel-reinforced commercial buildings are destroyed or so severely damaged that they begin to collapse. The few buildings at the edge of this ring that remain standing have their interiors destroyed. Many of those within still-standing buildings are protected enough to survive the initial blast but are killed by flying debris. As the shock wave spreads out, an additional 300,000 people are killed and 100,000 more are injured. Almost no one in this ring escapes injury. Those below ground in the subways will escape this first blast with few injuries, though the loss of electricity may shock the cars to a stop. Blocked exits may trap all subway passengers underground indefinitely.

All power in New York City goes out or experiences difficulty. Telephone service stops. There is no radio or television from New York City and no information passing to the outside world about the damage or casualties.

6 seconds after detonation

The shock wave expands to 1.5 miles from ground zero. The pressure at the edge of this ring has dropped to an overpressure of 5 psi, enough force to severely damage steel-reinforced commercial buildings. The damage spreads to Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center and the Queensboro Bridge. Gone are Grand Central Station and the Met Life Building. The Chrysler Building is gone, as are virtually all the name-recognized buildings along Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue that surround what only six seconds ago was the Waldorf Hotel. The thermal pulse kills another 30,000 people who were in direct sight of the blast, including virtually everyone on the street at the time of the blast. Some 500,000 people in this ring are dead. Another 190,000 within buildings are killed by flying debris or are crushed when the buildings collapse. Of those buildings left standing, about 5 percent burst into flames instantly; within 24 hours virtually all buildings that remain standing catch fire. A conflagration begins at city center.

The outside world has virtually no contact with New York City. Panic begins to spread around the country as people watching television or listening to radio begin to realize there is no television or radio available. The first six seconds is too short an interval for government officials in Washington, D.C., to have any real idea what has happened to New York.

10 seconds after detonation

The shock wave expands to a radius of 2.5 miles, but it still carries an impact with an overpressure of 2 psi at the periphery, enough to cause varying amounts of damage to steel-reinforced buildings. An estimated 235,000 additional people die instantly as this ring expands, with an additional 500,000 casualties as the casualty ratio begins to exceed the kill ratio. Those wearing darker clothes are more severely burned from the thermal pulse. Combustible materials instantly burst into flame. Within 24 hours all buildings that remain standing in this radius will begin to burn out of control as all water service has ceased to function.

16 seconds after detonation

The shock wave expands to a radius of 4 miles with an overpressure force of 1 psi at the edge. Steel-reinforced buildings at the periphery suffer relatively little damage, but as far south as Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty the damage is still significant. The impact is being felt across the East River into Queens and across the Hudson River into New Jersey. Buildings north of Central Park are hit by enough force to cause flying debris and severe structural damage. Now the deaths and casualties are spread across 30 square miles. There are many fewer deaths in the ring that stretches from 2.5 miles (the 10-second impact periphery) and 5 miles (the 16-second periphery). An additional 30,000 in this further extension of the blast are severely injured.

Radioactive fallout reaching across into New Jersey will begin within 24 hours to produce mild sickness for virtually everyone who was outside when the IND was detonated and many inside. The initial symptoms will be vomiting, diarrhea and fatigue. Over the next few days as many as 30 percent of the population with a 10-mile range of the blast will begin to die from a combination of burns, infection and radiation damage to tissue, bone and blood cells. The radiation effects will sweep across New Jersey for dozens of miles, with some seriously affected by radiation sickness as far away as 100 miles from ground zero.

1 hour after detonation

By now word has spread throughout the nation and the world, though the news blackout and the effect on television and radio transmission has led to panic and confusion. The president has called out the military, but there is no way to enter New York City. All tunnels and bridges connecting to New York are either gone or so seriously damaged that they are unusable.

New York City has no power, no water, no police, no fire department. No roads in Manhattan within a five-mile radius of the blast are usable. Roads from the southern tip of Manhattan to above Central Park are filled with debris. Fires are burning out of control. Many injured are trapped in buildings and unable to escape.

Very few find exits from the subways, and when they do exit they emerge into a destroyed city of chaos. There is no telephone service in New York and cell phones will not connect for service.

Pandemonium and fear spread rapidly among survivors. Military helicopters hover overhead, trying to ascertain what has happened.

LaGuardia, JFK, and Newark Airports all shut down. All aircraft heading to the New York area would be redirected to land at other destinations. The president would order all aircraft to land as quickly as possible, as the nation's commercial air traffic system is brought to an orderly and quick halt.

Thousands of families and businesses around the country who are aware of the tragedy will begin scrambling to find information about loved ones and business associates who were scheduled to be in New York City that day.

By the end of the day

More than 1.5 million people are dead in New York City and another 1.5 million severely injured. Fewer than 25 percent of the injured will survive longer than a week. The old will die first, along with the very young. Those survivors who can move around will not know what to do. Looting will break out, as will random acts of violence. Thousands will be trapped in elevators, sealed in what are about to become their tombs. Those not at home will be unable to communicate with loved ones, to find out what has happened to husbands, wives and children. For all but a few there will be no words said of "Goodbye" or "I love you."

Soon those who can emerge above the rubble will realize they are on an island with no escape. The Hudson and the East rivers are too strong to swim across. Who will come to rescue when the radiation will kill all who enter the devastation without protective clothes? The survivors will be homeless, mostly without food or water. There are no hospitals for the injured, and even if there were, there is no way to transport the injured to medical treatment. Darkness and the cold of night will descend with no apparent answers available to anyone.

Disaster recovery will be nonexistent in the first 24 hours as officials in the state government in Albany and the federal government in Washington realize they cannot get relief and rescue resources into Manhattan as the city begins to burn out of control.

Across America, the nation will come to a stunned standstill of shock and disbelief. Public officials all over the land will call for all police and fire departments to report for duty. Pleas will go out nationwide for National Guard and military assistance to maintain calm and prevent rioting or looting. No one knows for sure what needs to be done, or if there will be another attack.

In the span of less than one hour, the nation's largest city will have been virtually wiped off the map. Removal of debris will take several years, and recovery may never fully happen. The damage to the nation's economy will be measured in the trillions of dollars, and the loss of the country's major financial and business center may reduce America immediately to a second-class status. The resulting psychological impact will bring paralysis throughout the land for an indefinite period of time. The president may not be able to communicate with the nation for days, even weeks, as television and radio systems struggle to come back on line.

No natural or man-made disaster in history will compare with the magnitude of damage that has been done to New York City in this one horrible day.
